You must use the tool lawfully and only for legitimate purposes. Do not use it to create misleading or falsified photographs, fabricate evidence, misrepresent a location or time, commit fraud, or otherwise misuse the service.
Before using a photograph for government work, official records, educational submissions, internship documentation or any other purpose, you are responsible for checking that the location, timestamp, EXIF data and other information are correct and appropriate for that purpose.

AssamLabs Geotag Photo is built for adding location, timestamp and important EXIF information to photographs used for government work, office records, school and college assignments, internship documentation, fieldwork and proof of location.

You can add location and other geotag information to a photo even if the photo was originally taken without GPS data. Simply upload the already-clicked photograph, select or fine-tune its location, and continue with the geotagging process.
AssamLabs does not reduce the photo resolution for the purpose of making it smaller. The application is designed primarily for official work, where photographs are generally captured at a practical resolution and file size rather than using large raw camera files.
For the best experience, upload a photo of up to 10 MB and preferably use a reasonably sized JPEG or other supported image rather than a high-resolution RAW camera file. Smaller, practical image files are generally more suitable for government documentation, office records, fieldwork, educational submissions and similar uses.
